Marci Murff & Bill Thorne 5:00-5:45 time goal, 12:30- 13 minute pace (with 13-13:30 long, hot runs) 2/1 intervals.
Speed Bumps 6:00 AM
Ann Page/Elaine Tracey – 5:30-5:45 time goal, 30/30 intervals
D-Company - 5:45 AM
Donna Fink/Michelle Crossley - 4:15-4:30 time goal, 3/1 intervals
