Right on Durham / S Shepherd to Kirby
Right on Kirby to Troon
Left on Troon to Pine Valley
Right on Pine Valley to Kirby / Cross Kirby - Pine Valley turns into Lazy Ln
Take Lazy Ln through Rose Garden to Inwood
Right on Inwood to Willowick
Right on Willowick to Inverness
Left on Inverness back to Willowick
Right on Willowick to Inwood
Left on Inwood Lazy Ln
Left on Lazy Ln to Kirby
Cross Kirby and take Left at Troon
Follow Troon back to Kirby
Right on Kirby to S Shepherd
Left on S Shepherd / Durham to Blossom
Left on Blossom to Crestwood
Right on Crestwood to Arnot
Left on Arnot back to parking lot

Do hills at Shepherd and Memorial

4 Miles around Memorial Park

Left on Arnot to Crestwood
Right on Crestwood to Blossom
Left on Blossom to Westcott
Turn around and return to Crestwood
Left on Crestwood to Memorial Dr
Right on Memorial Dr to W Memorial Loop (far side of park loop)
Right on W Memorial Loop, and run around loop back to Arnot/Pool
